File Repository

From time to time the TOA Board will make documents available for membership review. All members have access to the File Repository where these files are stored.

For security reasons, files are accessed using AZTOA controlled accounts associated with TOA Member personal email addresses. There are two steps involved to access the File Repository.

Step 1: Request a File Repository account.

  • Using your personal email address on file, please send a message info@aztoa.org with subject line “File Repository Account Request”.
    • Within 1-2 business days, an invitation to join AZTOA’s Office365 file share will be sent to you via email. 
    • You must click on the link in the invitation email to activate and accept the File Repository Account. 

Step 2: Use the AZTOA’s Office365 file share link to access the files.

  • After your File Repository Account has been created from Step 1 and you’ve activated the account, click here to acesss the files:
  • Note: During your first visit to the File Repository, you will be prompted for an account pin associated with your personal email address. This pin will be sent to your personal email address when logging in but may take 1-2 minutes to arrive. If using the same device, you will not need a pin to access the File Repository Link upon future visits.
